Dan Rawitch
Dan has built and had key roles in building several large and successful companies within the mortgage industry. He began his mortgage career in 1978 originating government loans while still in college. Since then, Dan has had the following accomplishments:
- Founder and CEO of Data Fax, the fourth largest mortgage credit reporting company in the Nation
- Founder and CEO of RPM Mortgage, later sold to Finet Holdings in 1995
- CEO of Finet, a NASDAQ traded company that reached a market cap of over $1 billion dollars in 1999
- EVP of GE/WMC Mortgage, during Dan’s tenure as head of National production, the company grew from $300 million per month to $3 Billion per month
- Author of the hit new book, “Magnetic Wealth"
- National speaker, coach and consultant for the Real Estate and Mortgage industry

Jeff Jaye
EVP and Co-Founder of Upfront Mortgage Brokers Association
In his nearly two decades in the mortgage business he has successfully originated over 2300 residential home loans, with a 100% approval rate and a 99.89% closing ratio over that time. He has closed over $680,000,000 in home loans for purchase, refinance, and construction type financing. Jeff was named the 1999-2000 “Mortgage Broker of the Year” by the California Association of Mortgage Brokers (CAMB).
He holds the title of Past President for the California Association of Mortgage Brokers (CAMB) East Bay Chapter, which was named the fastest growing local chapter in the United States by the National Association of Mortgage Brokers during his tenure. Jeff is also a past State Director and the past Co-Chair of the CAMB Statewide Affiliates Panel. Jeff regularly is asked to participate on panels with local State Senators, DRE commissioners and Congressional members in Washington D.C. for mortgage related policy sessions. Jeff also appears regularly on Channel 4 and Channel 5 TV as an on camera “Mortgage Expert” assisting the Bay Area on mortgage related topics.
Jeff also co-founded and is the current Executive Vice President of the nationally recognized “UPFRONT MORTGAGE BROKER® ASSOCIATION”, located at www.upfrontmortgagebrokers.org, with the Mortgage Professor Jack Guttentag from the Wharton School of Business.

Bill Bitz
President
Beginning in 1978, Bill listed and sold real estate in Spokane Washington for five years. In 1982 shifted his focus from real estate sales to residential lending with Pacific First Federal (purchased by WAMU). Bill later moved to the Seattle, WA (Federal Way) to open a new branch for Old Stone Mortgage Corp. In early 1986 transferred to Southern California to open a new territory and branch in the Tri-City area of the Inland Empire near Loma Linda/San Bernardino. In early 1988 Bill moved to Northern California where in early 1992 opened his own mortgage company (Golden Bear Mortgage Corporation). Bill successfully co-owned and operated this company as President/CEO until mid 2006.
While in Sacramento, he sat on the board of directors of the Sacramento Mortgage Association until they merged with the California Association of Residential Lenders (C.A.R.L.). With C.A.R.L., Bill held various posts including President during his nine year involvement with them.
Bill personally trained all of his loan officers, been a hosted speaker for the California Association of Mortgage Brokers (C.A.M.B.), traveled lectured and trained groups of mortgage industry personnel. Topics include, contact management, personal achievement, government (FHA) and conventional loans, developing qualities of success. Bill’s favorite quote: “You’ll get everything you want in life if you help enough other people get what they want.”
